Shipping and Delivery
Here you will find everything you need to know about how and where we ship your Saene order. If anything is unclear, we are happy to help.
1. Where we ship
We ship across the Benelux (the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg) and worldwide. You can choose your country at checkout, where the shipping options and costs for your destination are shown before you confirm your order.
2. Shipping costs
All product prices already include VAT, calculated on the final price. The shipping fee is the only amount added to your order at checkout.
- Benelux, standard: €6,99
- Benelux, express: €12,99
- Worldwide, standard: shown at checkout for your destination
3. Delivery times
Every order is carefully packed and dispatched as soon as possible after we receive it. Estimated delivery times once your order is on its way:
- Benelux, standard: 4 to 10 business days
- Benelux, express: around 3 business days
- Worldwide: 4 to 12 business days (no express option available)
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Track and trace
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation by email. This lets you know your parcel has left us and is heading to your address.
5. Packaging
Your products are carefully packed and shipped with care, so they reach you in perfect condition. We pay attention to protecting each item during transit.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy periods such as holidays and sale events. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
