Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
We ship across the Benelux and worldwide. All product prices include VAT, and the shipping fee is the only amount added at checkout: €6,99 for standard and €12,99 for express within the Benelux, and a worldwide rate shown at checkout for your destination. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared within one to two working days. After that, standard delivery within the Benelux typically takes 4 to 10 business days, with express in around 3 business days. Worldwide delivery takes 4 to 12 business days. For the most current timeframes, see our Shipping page.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counting from the day you receive your order. Within that period you can let us know you wish to return an item. Please note the hygiene exception for cosmetics: once a sealed product has been opened or its seal has been broken, it can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened items in their original condition can be returned as normal. Full details are on our Returns page.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely at checkout with iDEAL and with the most common debit and credit cards. Your payment is processed through a secure connection, so your details stay protected.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our products are formulated to be gentle and free from unnecessary additives, which makes them well suited to sensitive skin. If your skin is very reactive or you have a specific concern, we recommend patch testing a new product first and introducing it gradually.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. Our products are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. They are also Ecocert Cosmos Natural certified, sulfate-free, gluten-free and nut-free, and formulated without unnecessary additives. If a specific certification matters to you, feel free to reach out and we will be glad to confirm the details for you.
How do I build a simple skincare routine?
Think of it as a ritual worth a few minutes for yourself. Start by cleansing to remove the day, then hydrate to give the skin moisture, and finish by softening and protecting so it stays comfortable. Used consistently, your essentials do the real work, so give any new routine a few weeks before judging the results.
